Pizza Hut in Hofheim am Taunus

Eat like in every Pizza Hut, the prices have now been reduced to a good level, but one big problem: there is hardly any employee to be seen. With 3 visits lately it took between 15 and 25 minutes until the staff even noticed customers, during today's visit 3 other customers refrained from visiting during my waiting time because they don't have time for it (understandable with "Fast Food") . Once noticed, however, it takes additional time before the staff decides to serve. The empty display also conveys the image that the store never opened. It is possible that the understaffing is due to the Corona, but if this is not the case, someone has to be in the shop if he is to make sales.

Wanted to take the Friday offer. Tuna pizza for 5 euros. The cashier was overwhelmed with the language and had to fetch another employee. He didn't know if they had tuna pizza and had to look around the back for another 3 minutes. Ultimately, they didn't have that either. You waited 10 minutes for no reason. Never again

He's around the corner and I'm just into junk food pizzas! 🙂 ...... until July 31 There is also the offer of 3 pam pizzas for € 15

Pizza tastes the same as always at Pizza Hut, but the very unfriendly and incompetent service is really a (sub) class in itself. Very bad and in the service definitely wrong.

Delicious pizza with tasty crust. The staff are friendly and the daily offer is a good alternative to the individual slices. Either way, a really good American style pizza.

Dude couldn’t help me what so ever told me to call a different Pizza Hut

I just wanted to get a pizza fast. Unfortunately, nothing turned out fast. The service spoke so bad German and did not bother even bother. I had to give up my order about 7 times and half was forgotten. When I came to pick up the pizza 10 minutes later, the waitress said she had given her to a woman wearing a white jacket because she understood she was going to get her. Whoever was there, it was not me. So wait again. 5 out of 7 drinks were out. I was cheekily told "then she has to drink others". Catastrophe! For the first time at Pizzahut in Hofheim and then such a disappointment.
